Denver has completed a bond refunding of more than $213 million for its aviation department, it was announced today.

The refunding will save Denver International Airport about $24 million over the next 13 years, “which will help keep costs low for airlines to do business in Denver,” said Patrick Heck, DIA’s chief financial officer.
