MCLEAN, Va. — Gannett, the corporate parent of television station KUSA-Channel 9 and USA Today, says its chairman and chief executive is resigning because of health issues. Craig A. Dubow, 56, a 30-year veteran of the company, has been Gannett’s CEO since 2005. He began his second medical leave in two years Sept. 15.
