Nick’s Garden Center & Farm Market, 2001 S. Chambers Road in Aurora, hosts its annual pumpkin weigh-off today.
The contest starts at 9 a.m.. Prizes include $500 for first place, $300 for second, $200 for third and $100 for fourth. There are also ribbons for other vegetables, including heaviest green squash, longest long gourd and heaviest watermelon.
