COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—The El Paso County Health Department is urging students to stay home after a mysterious illness kept 160 Falcon Middle School students home from school on Thursday.
The health department says it could be food poisoning or some other illness, and urged students to stay home Friday as well.
According to KRDO-TV ( ), the district plans to clean and disinfect the school.
