The eighth annual 80s Ski Party schusses into Denver’s Mile High Station on Friday. The sea of angular neon can be as blinding as the dance moves, but the party benefits First Descents, which provides free adventures to young adults battling cancer.
The annual throwdown draws as many as 700 revelers, each bedecked in remnants from the most colorful era in skiing. Last year the EPIC Foundation event raised more than $30,000 for First Descents, funding weeklong programs for young cancer fighters.
Tickets are $45 early and $50 at the door. Tickets include free beer.
