Crocs fell the most in almost three years after projecting lower third- and fourth-quarter revenue.
Sales for the period ended Sept. 30 probably were $273 million to $275 million, the Niwot-based company said Monday. That was lower than a July 27 forecast of $280 million.
The shares on Tuesday fell $10.49, or 39 percent, to close at $16.15.
