A pedestrian who died when she was swept under a moving light-rail train in Denver had alcohol and marijuana in her system, according to toxicology reports.

Results of toxicology reports showed that Jessica Lubken’s blood-alcohol level was 0.29 when she was killed on Sept. 20, the coroner’s office said. A blood-alcohol level of 0.08 is legally intoxicated.
