BOULDER — A man whose body was found in Boulder Creek on Wednesday morning has been identified.
The cause of death for George “Bo” Kalinyak III, 38, of Boulder is being investigated, the Boulder County coroner said in a news release.
Kalinyak was found at 8 a.m. by a woman walking along the creek path just west of Folsom Street. Boulder police spokeswoman Kim Kobel told the Daily Camera that officers found a gun near the body, but she declined to say whether it had been fired.
