BOULDER — Boulder police are looking for a suspect in an attempted sexual assault early Saturday in north Boulder.

According to a release, a woman was walking alone at about 2:30 a.m. near Bighorn Street and Star Lane when a man driving by left his car and attempted to sexually assault her.

The suspect fled the scene in his vehicle, which the victim said was a yellow sedan that appeared to be a taxi. The victim, a Boulder resident, was treated and released at a hospital.

The suspect is described as a white male between 20 and 40 years old, around 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall, heavy-set and bald, and was last seen wearing a light-colored button-down shirt and black pants.
