WALSENBURG, Colo.—One of the Dougherty siblings has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from their capture in Colorado.
KRDO-TV reported that 29-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty entered her plea Monday in Walsenburg.
She and her two brothers were captured Aug. 10 after a chase and what authorities say was a shootout.
The three fugitives from Florida face five counts each of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault, as well as other felony charges related to the chase.
Twenty-six-year-old Dylan Stanley-Dougherty and 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty are scheduled to appear before a judge Nov. 28.
