WALSENBURG — One of the Dougherty siblings has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from their capture in Colorado.
KRDO-TV reported that Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, entered her plea Monday in Walsenburg. She and her two brothers were captured Aug. 10 after a chase and what authorities say was a shootout.
The three fugitives from Florida face five counts each of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault.
Dylan Stanley-Dougherty and Ryan Edward Dougherty are to appear before a judge Nov. 28. Denver Post staff and wire reports
