Any doubts people have about living the high-rise lifestyle in downtown are rapidly disappearing, as unknowns are replaced by new restaurants, new attractions, and an impressive new streetscape. How many condos did SPIRE sell last month? About $4.6 million worth – taking Denver’s signature residential tower across from the DCPA and the convention center to just short of 300 total sales….

As SPIRE’s new homeowners move in, they can help welcome SPIRE’s newest retail addition, Crave Dessert Bar & Lounge, opening early December in SPIRE’s street level … joining Row 14 Bistro & Wine Bar, The Organic Pizza Company, and Snarf’s Sub Shop, already open in SPIRE… adding to the unlimited list of dining options within walking distance.

“September was a spectacular month for sales at SPIRE,” says Chris Crosby with Nichols Partnership. “Buyers are sensing that the timing is right to make a move now.” That’s led to a shift in buyer profile and preferences, he adds…toward SPIRE’s most luxurious homes on the top ten floors, served by their own 42nd-floor SkyClub Lounge (you’ll see it) with deluxe entertaining areas and extra lifestyle services for homeowners, including valet parking, dog walking, grocery delivery, and more.

You can tour six homes that are on 48-hour special pricing — four on those luxury SkyClub levels, including a 2-bedroom/2-bath, marked down $517,000 to $465,000 on the 33rd floor; and a lavish 1,700-plus square foot corner unit with two outdoor decks, listed $913,000, today $799,000 (including parking). Sales manager Mark Friedberg says that it’s more than the arts and entertainment that have lured a higher share of upscale buyers: “People who’ve owned several homes before are very concerned about value and stability,” he adds. “They’re tired of maintaining their older places; they want a lock and leave lifestyle with time saving conveniences and luxury amenities.”

All SPIRE residents take advantage of the building’s 9th and 10th floor amenity areas where they can do a full afternoon of errands in one elevator stop– mail, packages, dry cleaning, grocery – and use the dog park, health club, Box Office theater and spectacular pool/deck area. You’ll see sustainable features that include LEED® certified design and construction, ‘B-Cycle’ bikes for trips around downtown, and Hertz-On-Demand hourly car sharing. Today’s 48-hour sale is also one of your LAST chances to evaluate SPIRE before the entire city shows up for a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the unveiling of the 14th Street improvements. Take advantage of free meter parking today to reach SPIRE’s sales center between 14th and 15th on Champa.
