BOULDER, Colo.—Two Boulder Public Works employees have been arrested after a woman reported two men looking into her window.
Police arrested Travis Gould and Lee Gould on Tuesday on charges of attempted unlawful sexual contact.
City officials tell KMGH-TV ( ) the two men are cousins and were supposed to be trimming weeds at the time the crime is reported to have occurred on Oct. 5.
The two men are on leave pending the outcome of the investigations.
