Roger Waters has staged one of the most impressive comebacks in classic rock history. The Pink Floyd singer-guitarist brought back two of the band’s biggest albums, “The Wall” and “Dark Side of the Moon,” to arenas, festivals and stadiums all over the globe in the past few years. More importantly: Both tours were critical, artistic and commercial triumphs. It’s been nearly four years since we last saw Gigantour, but now Megadeth’s big outing is back. This year’s incarnation includes Motorhead, Volbeat and Lacuna Coil, all hand-picked by Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine, who founded Gigantour in 2005. This year’s installment of Gigantour will stop at the Fillmore Auditorium on Feb. 28. Tickets, $44.50, will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Donavon Frankenreiter owned his own surfboard and guitar by the time he was driving age. And so naturally he’s sometimes compared to his buddy Jack Johnson. Now that Frankenreiter has made a name for himself outside of Johnson’s camp, he’s a recognized figure on Triple A radio. The artist will headline the Bluebird Theater on Mar. 21.
