The companies will deliver integrated, gateway-based solutions that combine identity and access management with data encryption to comprehensively secure cloud applications and protect sensitive data against emerging cloud threats.
Together, Symplified and San Jose, Calif.-based CipherCloud will enable customers to implement layered security that prevents unauthorized access to applications, secures underlying data, and maintains an audit trail for regulatory compliance.
