Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. has been awarded four contracts valued at more than $21 million to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.
The contracts continue Ball’s previous work supporting development of an integrated system for processing, analyzing and reporting data collected by current and future space-based infrared sensors for intelligience to warfighters.
Ball also has received four contracts worth more than $17 million to develop and integrate enhanced operational capabilities for the U.S. Air Force distributed common ground system.
For 18 months, Ball will integrate data streams for the Global Hawk and Predator unmanned aerial vehicles into the Air Force system for improved effectiveness in war zones.
