Baxter International Inc. announced Thursday that it had completed the acquisition of Baxa Corp., a privately held company based in Douglas County, for $380 million.
Baxa, which recorded sales of $157 million in 2010, develops pharmacy technology that enhances the efficiency and safety of oral and IV medication preparation and delivery.
