CSU-Pueblo was rewarded for its 11-0 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference championship season Sunday with the top seed in its region and the opportunity to host as many as three playoff games.

They will play the winner of a first- round game between fourth seed and defending national champion Minnesota-Duluth (9-2) and Saginaw (Mich.) Valley (7-3).

CSU-Pueblo’s opening playoff game will be Saturday, Nov. 26, at noon at the Neta & Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl.

The NCAA Division II national championship game will be played Dec. 17 at 9 a.m. MST at Braly Municipal Stadium in Florence, Ala.

The national semifinals as well as the national title game will be aired live on national television.
