COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—An El Paso County deputy sheriff has been arrested on domestic violence charges.
Authorities say Amanda Washburn was arrested on Monday after a complaint was filed. No details of the charges were available.
According to KRDO-TV (), Washburn is also a member of the Sheriff’s Office honor guard.
According to court records, Washburn is going through a divorce which was filed in March.
