Boulder-based Clovis Oncology Inc. is set to have its Wall Street debut Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering at $13 per share.
The pricing, made late Tuesday, was on the low end of Clovis’ projected range of $13 to $15 per share. Clovis officials said they sold 10 million shares, raising $130 million — before underwriting discounts and commissions.
Clovis’ stock will trade under the symbol “CLVS” on the Nasdaq.
