Republic Airways Holdings, parent company of Frontier Airlines, has finalized its $2 billion order for CFM International’s advanced engines to power the 80 A320neo aircraft ordered from Airbus.
Republic also has signed an agreement with GE Aviation to identify operational improvements that could cut the airline’s fuel use.
