BOULDER — Boulder police are looking for a man suspected of punching a young woman in the face several times Sunday.
At 2:37 a.m., a young woman was walking with a male friend in the 1100 block of College Avenue when an unknown man ran up to them and punched the woman in the face, according to a news release from the Boulder Police Department.
The assailant pushed the woman down and might have knocked her unconscious. He then continued to hit the woman in the face.
The assailant was seen yelling at people along 10th Street before he allegedly attacked the woman.
The woman, whose name has not been released, was taken to a hospital where she was treated and released.
