Ireland’s Finest Inc., a local paint contractor whose work is pictured above, has launched its “Hard Times, Soft Hearts” contest. Here’s how it works: In addition to living in a house that needs some exterior love, nominees should be low-income, give “selflessly” to their community, or have fallen on hard times.
