HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. — A truck driver has been indicted on a reduced charge in a crash that killed a 3-year-old Amish girl who was riding in a buggy.

The grand jury in Christian County indicted Mark Bohms, 53, on Friday on a charge of reckless homicide, according to the Kentucky New Era. Originally police had charged him with murder and driving under the influence. The latter charge was dismissed.
