Motorists should steer clear of Interstate 25 at 84th Avenue tonight, as Colorado Department of Transportation crews install girders for the bridge that spans the interstate.
Some lane closures on southbound I-25 will start at 7 p.m., and all lanes close at 11 p.m. Northbound lanes of I-25 will close at 12:30 a.m.
All lanes will reopen by 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, CDOT said.
All lanes of eastbound and westbound 84th Avenue will be closed from 9 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Motorists are advised to take Huron Street or Washington Street to avoid the construction zone.
