Bankruptcy trustee Simon Rodriguez filed a request Tuesday to conduct his own in- depth examination of Troubleshooter Network radio host Tom Martino three weeks after concluding an extensive exam of his finances.
The motion in U.S. Bankruptcy Court asks a judge to approve an examination that would give court- appointed Rodriguez the chance to probe even deeper into Martino’s business and personal financial dealings.
