TOKYO — A strong earthquake struck this morning near the nuclear power plant damaged by a powerful tsunami this year. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The U.S. Geological Survey said the magnitude-5.9 quake hit 62 miles east of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.
