Denver Police have arrested three men in a suspected credit card fraud ring and are seeking a fourth person.
Police on Monday arrested Jerome Holt, 24; Anthony Clifton Sykes, 27; and Michael Johnson, 19 after management at The Oxford Hotel downtown determined that they had checked in two days earlier. Holt and Sykes are of Baltimore, but police believe Johnson may be using a false identity they have yet to unravel.
A release from Denver Police said detectives are still looking for a fourth person, a transgendered woman using the name Jaquelyn Hughes. Police said she is black, 6-feet tall and 200 pounds.
Police believe the ring charged thousands of dollars on fraudulent cards in downtown Denver, and may have made fraudulent purchases on a trail from Florida to here.
