Nineteen newsroom employees of The Denver Post have taken voluntary buyouts as part of a staff reduction plan.
The employees included editors, reporters and photographers, with tenure at the newspaper ranging from eight to 45 years.
The Post had been seeking a staff reduction of 18 to 20 workers because of financial pressures.
