CONTESTS

Quilting design contest

Through June 1: Swarovski Elements hosts its inaugural “Create Your Style” art quilting design contest to encourage quilters to use unique materials in their traditional quilt designs. Applications must be submitted by June 1. Thirty semifinalists will be chosen, and 10 will be selected to attend the 2012 Quilt Festival in November, where the top three winners will be announced.
