The Five Points Business District on Wednesday named Tracy Jenkins Winchester executive director. Winchester replaces Wil Alston, who was appointed by Mayor Michael Hancock as the city’s director of communications.
Winchester recently served as president and chief operating officer of CoLours TV. For 26 years, Winchester has held several executive and management positions in programming and marketing in cable television, including positions at the corporate headquarters of Jones Intercable and the regional office for Fox Family Channel.
