Saturday12.3. AT&T and the National Sports Center for the Disabled are hosting a “Winter Sports Giveaway.” Bring the family for free photos with Santa Claus in a life-size snow globe. Golden’s holiday weekends on parade

Santa’s new ride on rails
Ongoing.St. Nick will deliver gifts from a Colorado Railroad Museum locomotive and a team of historic passenger cars decked out for the season during the museum’s “Santa Claus Special.” Children can bring their wish lists, sip hot chocolate and enjoy railroad toys including Thomas the Tank Engine gifts. $5 for children, $12 for adults, $25 for families and $10 for seniors.
