Louisville’s Zayo Group, a national provider of bandwidth infrastructure, has completed its acquisition of 360networks.
The combination of the two companies creates one of the largest bandwidth-infrastructure companies in North America, with an estimated annual revenue of $393 million. The company’s fiber network now totals more than 44,000 route miles and nearly 2 million miles of fiber.
