If you were going to get your emissions tested Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, you might need to make other plans.
Air Care Colorado says they are closing all their vehicle-emissions testing stations at 2 p.m. on Monday because of the extreme cold. The will not reopen until 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
