Bloody Mary
From “Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide.” Makes 1.
Ingredients
11/2 ounces vodka
4 ounces tomato juice
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco
Pinch of salt and pepper
Lemon and lime wedges for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass, and roll back and forth to mix. Strain into an ice-filled pint glass or red wine glass. Garnish with wedges of lemon and lime.
