ROSWELL, N.M. — Police in New Mexico say they have captured a man caught on surveillance video twice stealing cash-filled charity jars from a local grocery store.
Roswell police announced late Friday that they had tracked Ricky De Los Santos, 43, to his mother’s house in the small town of Dexter south of Roswell. He was booked into the Chaves County jail on two counts of larceny.
