Broncos kicker Matt Prater was named AFC special teams player of the week today. Prater kicked a 59-yard field goal to tie the Broncos with Chicago Bears at 10-10 Sunday with three seconds remaining in regulation. He then added a 51-yarder for the victory in overtime.
With those two kicks Prater is 28-of-29 in field-goal attempts in the fourth quarter or overtime in his career.
