Getting your player ready...

Another day, another mob crowding in on Tim Tebow as the swirl continues to grow around the Broncos quarterback with each passing victory.

With Sunday’s match-up with the New England Patriots carrying the national interest usually associated with a playoff game, Tebow spent his weekly media gathering covering his usual bases – critics, the Broncos current winning streak and what the future may hold. He also covered some new ground – what music he had on in the car and Tom Brady’s UGGs

Tebow also got down to the business of football and what a victory over the 10-3 Patriots would mean to an 8-5 Broncos team in search of its first division title since 2005.

“(The Patriots) have been one of the very best teams in the league since I was in about middle school,” Tebow said.

The Patriots have scored at least 30 points in 10 games this season and sport the league’s No. 2 passing attack. That could put pressure on Tebow and the Broncos’ offense to pick up the pace.

The Broncos have scored 18 or fewer points in six of Tebow’s eight starts this season. The Patriots are ranked last in overall defense and in passing defense.

“I feel more and more comfortable every day,” Tebow said. “We’ve just got to execute a little better, get that first first down.”
