MONTROSE — Former 7th Judicial District Attorney Myrl Serra, who was accused of harassing women in his office, has been disbarred under an agreement approved by the Colorado Supreme Court.
Serra was arrested in 2010 on allegations of unlawful sexual contact against three women who worked in his office, extortion and official misconduct. He tendered an Alford plea to unlawful sexual contact and extortion.
