CENTENNIAL, Colo.—A former Colorado sheriff accused of offering methamphetamine to a man in exchange for sex says he’s tough and can take the pressure until the truth comes out.

Former Arapahoe County Sheriff Patrick Sullivan Jr. is out on $50,000 bond after he was charged with drug and other charges, including attempting to influence a public servant and solicitation of a prostitute.

According to KUSA-TV ( ), a judge has denied a request from prosecutors to seal any evidence that could identify two confidential informants in the case, including audio and video recordings.
