Broomfield-based Level 3 Communications, Inc. has broaden the scope of its MyLevel3 customer portal, the company announced today.
Add to the portal are new services, such as allowing customers and reseller to keep better track of quotes on network services, the company said.
“With this capability, wholesale customers and resellers gain greater control and efficiency by virtue of the fact that they can now manage their own quotes when and how they want to without engaging sales, enabling a quick turnaround and the ability to secure new communications services more quickly.” the company said.
