LOVELAND, Colo.—The Loveland-based plastics manufacturing company Eldon James Corp. says it plans to build a $12 million corporate headquarters in Timnath next year.
Company owner Marcia Coulson told the Loveland Reporter-Herald () the firm eventually will move out of its Loveland and Fort Collins facilities and into a new manufacturing plant and headquarters in Timnath.
Town officials said Thursday that the company expects to expand from 35 people to 70 in the next five years.
Loveland’s economic development director Betsey Hale many employees would continue to live and spend money in Loveland.
