A federal court jury found Vicki Dillard Crowe, 32, of Denver guilty of mail and wire fraud in connection with a mortgage-fraud scheme.
Crowe pocketed close to $1 million during the course of her scheme, the U.S. attorney’s office said Friday in a statement.
Crowe is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Marcia Krieger on March 19. She faces a possible sentence of 20 years’ imprisonment and up to a $250,000 fine.
