A 28-year-old man is suspected of playing a part in a deadly drive-by shooting last year at a southeast Colorado Springs apartment complex.
Aaron Weston was arrested in Florida in connection with the killing of Eddie Donte Wilson, 28, said Barbara Miller, Colorado Springs police spokeswoman. The date of his arrest is not known.
He was extradited to Indiana to face a federal weapons charge before being sent to Colorado, Miller said. A hearing to determine whether Weston will go to trial for the killing is scheduled for Feb. 10.
