LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles coroner’s office says Jamaican-born rapper Heavy D died of natural causes after he collapsed outside his Beverly Hills home Nov. 8. Coroner’s office spokesman Craig Harvey said Tuesday that the rapper, 44, died of a pulmonary embolism and deep leg vein thrombosis, with weight and a transcontinental flight as contributing factors.
