Boulder-based Trada Inc., which operates a pay-per-click advertising marketplace, raised an additional $9 million, according to documents recently filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Daily Camera reported Tuesday.
Two investors participated in the round that was initiated earlier this month, according to documents filed Friday. No new directors were listed on the filing for Trada, which raised $5.75 million from Google Ventures and the Boulder-based Foundry Group in 2010.
