LITTLETON, Colo.—The Jefferson County Sheriff’s office is investigating vandalism at a Littleton church where someone cut out the faces of baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph on a Nativity scene.
KDVR-TV reports that a Bible on the Nativity display was also burned and Christmas lights were cut from trees. The television station reports Thursday ( ) that the vandalism happened at the Light of the Roman Catholic Church.
The church does not have exterior church cameras.
