ASPEN, Colo.—Colorado Mountain College officials say they found no discrimination during their investigation into a discrimination complaint.
Channing Seideman, who has epilepsy, filed a complaint accusing faculty members of mishandling a seizure she had during class at the Aspen campus.
The college emailed her that the incidents were reaching a point where it could ask her to drop classes after her second seizure in three semesters.
According to the Aspen Times ( ), college officials determined that there was no discrimination and that nobody involved should be reprimanded. The college acknowledged it could to a better job accommodating the disabled, which Seideman says is a good first step.
