Frontier Airlines, the second-largest carrier at Denver’s airport, reported Monday that it served 1.2 million passengers in December, a 4 percent increase from December 2010. It also had a load factor — a measure of how full planes are — of 85 percent, up from 80 percent in the same month last year.
