Metropolitan Homes received approval from the Arapahoe County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday to begin development of a $48 million, 272-luxury-condominium rental project in Vallagio at Inverness. The new homes will complete the first phase of the neighborhood that opened for sales in 2005. Vallagio is at Interstate 25 and East Dry Creek Road.
